Kat is a registered holistic nutritionist and certified personal trainer, who believes that living a healthy and balanced life doesn't need to be complicated. Her motto is real food for real life - simple, easy to make, nutrient dense foods that don’t lack flavour and fit any lifestyle.
Improving gut health and digestive ability are her major areas of focus since we are what we eat, but more so what we absorb. She also specializes in sustainable weight management and increasing energy in clients of all ages.
Kat provides in person consultations in Ottawa, Ontario as well as fully online nutrition coaching. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, travel, spending time with family, friends, and French bulldog, Taco.
