Our organic coconut flour is made of ground coconut meat and is an excellent substitute to wheat. It’s rich texture and natural sweetness makes it an ideal choice for baking. For baking or cooking, you can substitute anywhere from 10-30% of regular flour with coconut flour. Some recipes can also be made with 100% coconut flour.
