Chocolate Cinnamon Truffles Recipe
These Chocolate Cinnamon Truffles will leave you and your. family asking for another one!!
1/2 cup Rootalive Cassava Flour
1/4 cup almond butter
2 ½ tablespoons Rootalive Cacao Powder
2 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted Rootalive Coconut Oil
2 ½ - 3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Rootalive Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined or blend in a food processor. Add enough water to make it a smooth consistency. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour until it firms up and then roll into balls. Freeze until firm and then dip into chocolate.
1 cup dark chocolate
1 teaspoon Rootalive Coconut Oil
Melt the ingredients in a heat proof bowl set over hot water on the stove. Slowly melt it. Dip each truffle into the chocolate and transfer to a parchment paper lined tray. Chill in the fridge. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Keep for up to 10 days in the fridge.
