Pumpkin Chocolate Coconut Cups

What you will need
1/3 cup Coconut Butter
2 tbsp Cacao Butter
2 tbsp Rootalive Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
3 tbsp Rootalive Organic Raw Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Powdered Monk Fruit
1/4 cup natural pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Melt all ingredients together on stove top low heat stirring well until confectioners sweetener is dissolved completely.
Add 1 tbsp of the mixture to each mould, top with organic pumpkin seeds and freeze to set.
Makes 12 mini cups.
