Rainbow Vegan Gluten Free Pizza
Vibe high on this colourful pizza created by our very own @plantbasedyogini! Using the grain free, gluten free, nut free and paleo, holy grail of baking that is CASSAVA flour.
3/4 cup Rootalive Organic Cassava Flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tablespoon Rootalive Organic Coconut Flour
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
1/2 cup plant milk or water
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Pinch of sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Use your hands to knead dough into a ball. Roll out into round pizza shape between two pieces of parchment paper. (The thinner, the crispier.)
- Bake on each side for 8 minutes.
- Place desired toppings on the pizza and bake another 4-6 minutes.
HEMP SEED CHEDDAR
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp filtered water
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all the ingredients in a blender then whisk in a sauce pan over medium heat until it thickens.
