Red Velvet Coconut Cups
Yet another delicious recipe by our @myketojourney83 . These Red Velvet Coconut Cups are super decadent keto dessert!
- 1/3 cup Coconut Butter
- 2 tbsp Cacao Butter
- 2 tbsp Rootalive Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3/4 tsp Rootalive Red Velvet Smoothie Mix
- 3 tbsp Powdered Monk Fruit
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla MCT Powder
In a stove top pot on medium heat add all ingredients together stirring well until smooth. Ensure well heated until the confectioners sweetener and MCT powder are dissolved completely.
Add 1 tbsp of the warm mixture to each muffin cup mould, top with 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut and press down one whole walnut in the centre of each cup. Freeze to set. Makes 12 cups.
