Super Healthy Brownie Triangles

BROWNIE TRIANGLES by super talented @thehealthbites

Ingredients:

-2 eggs
-1/2 cup of peanut butter
-1/3 cup of honey
-1/2 cup of melted Rootalive Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
-1/2 cup of almond flour
-1/3 cup of Rootalive Organic Coconut Flour
-1/3 cup of Rootalive Organic Cocoa Powder
-1/2 tbs baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/3 cup Rootalive Organic Cacao Nibs

Recipe:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking soda.
3. In a separate bowl combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, and eggs.
4. Combine the dry & wet mix.
5. Pour the mix in a circular pan. Decorate with cacao nibs.
6. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Once done, let the brownies cool for another 15 minutes.
7. Cut in triangles.
8. Serve with ice cream & peanut butter.
