Q. Can I exchange or return my purchase?

At Rootalive, customer satisfaction is our priority. We try our very best to ensure that you are pleased with your purchases, however, we understand that this may not always be the case. 

 If you have received a product that you believe does not fulfill our standards or is defective and/or tampered with, we would be happy to offer you a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your order.

 Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@rootalive.com and include your phone number along with your email information and order number. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

After the initial 7-day period, NO RETURNS and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be accepted on any of our products. If you have any issues or concerns regarding a product, please email or contact us by phone and we will gladly answer any inquiries you may have. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
